March 13, 2023: Charisma: Fruition of David Wilkerson Prophecy Is Shaking the Church
Mario Murillo says David Wilkerson saw it coming. The scope and sensationalism that has engulfed our churches for years—something that has left the church empty and dry—will no longer be tolerated by God. True children of God want more, and a separation, Murillo says, is coming our way very soon for a “massive number of Christians” who will experience this strange miracle. Mar 8, 2023: Charisma: Mario Murillo: ‘A Spiritual Earthquake’ Is About to Rattle California
I am awestruck. Awestruck is the perfect word. It means that the news is so good that it leaves you weakened and takes your breath away. Dec 26, 2022: Charisma: Mario Murillo Prophesies: 2023 Will Be a Massive Storm Followed by Massive Opportunity
2023 will be a massive storm followed by a massive opportunity. It is the day after Christmas, and we are preparing for a storm. They say that tonight it will drop below zero. Not only that, but strong winds will make the wind-chill feel like 22 below zero. The news is filled with emphatic warnings and advice. July 20, 2021: Christianity Daily: A New Awakening Is Coming To America, And Here’s How It Might Look Like
Despite what seems to be bleak news and tough days ahead for Christians and churches, Pastor Mario Murillo believes there is a rising army of believers on earth who are backed by God's army in heaven. |
July 25, 2024:
July 10, 2022: Murillo began his tenth crusade. It never finished til July 13. In a tent that sat 2,500 people, we had nearly 5,000 in attendance. They had gotten 5,000 chairs and used nearly every one of them. Every single night of the crusade, there was an atmosphere of the Holy Spirit that drew the lost. Those who needed Christ and were not Christian came forward by the hundreds, he said. "We estimated on Tuesday night alone that we were praying with nearly 1,000 people who were inquiring about the things of God. Without apology, I will tell you that the worship was exuberant, to say the least, even fiery, and that did not put off the outsider at all.” |
August 26, 2023: Murillo wrote: The Spirit of Truth cries out to us, “In the sacred name of law they want to erase our faith, our freedom, and our families. In the sacred name of law they have used the courts to punish their enemies. In the sacred name of law they have nullified morality. If the return of these medical rules is but the next step in the long train of injustice from the Deep State — then our duty is clear. Enough is enough!” But there is an even higher voice calling out to us, saying that the America we knew and loved will be lost forever unless we make a clear and decisive stand against this tyranny. So I ask you again: is mass civil disobedience coming? I am praying and saying, “YES! LET IT COME SOON!”
April 21, 2021: Murillo Posted to facebook: Remember I told you this. In the next few years a new kind of Christian leader will appear. They do not fit any present mold. They will be the catalysts. They will usher in the next great awakening. A few of them will be in pulpits. More of them will be in politics, business, science, law, entertainment, music, or a thousand other fields of endeavor. They will not introduce subjects; they will introduce eras. No one will be able to buy them off or get them to change the subject. They will operate on a disquieting plane of holiness and consecration. I believe A. W. Tozer was describing them when he said, “They serve God and mankind from motives too high to be understood by the rank and file of religious retainers who today shuttle in and out of the sanctuary.” Today they suffer. Their agony is what happens when worlds collide. They see their destiny. It’s big and dangerous. A part of them glories in the potential to know God intimately and represent Him bravely. They see themselves rebuking kings, tyrants, and warmongers. They see themselves commanding the wealth of the wicked be handed over to the just. They hear themselves speaking miracles over the hopeless and tormented. Golden ideas, purposes, tactics, and aspirations haunt them like angelic visitations.
They are a walking paradox. They feel weaker. They feel stronger. They feel disoriented. They feel focused. They feel discombobulated. They feel settled. A side of them ponders the cost of greatness with fear and trembling. Another side of them exuberantly embraces the cost. They are reaching a tipping point in their misery. One of their worlds is about to be absorbed by the other. Ushering in the next great awakening? Why not you?

July 4, 2021: Pro-Trump Pastor Kent Christmas Declared ‘God Is Going to Begin to Kill Wicked Men and Women,’ and Claims Trump Won ‘By About 80 Million Votes’. Thousands of right-wing Christians gathered at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee for a “Let Freedom Ring” rally that featured self-proclaimed “prophets” and right-wing pastors Robin Bullock, Todd Coconato, Hank Kunneman, Mario Murillo, and Dutch Sheets as speakers.
Sept 13, 2021: Christianity Today reported: Most American Christians Don’t Believe The Holy Spirit Is Real, Study Finds. What transpired in the past years is what California preacher and revivalist Mario Murillo referred to as "pitting the Bible and the Holy Spirit against each other." Two extremes have emerged as a result of this. One elevates the Scriptures while downplaying the function of the Spirit. The other emphasizes the Holy Spirit at the cost of any Scriptural test or basis. Neither was correct since they both led to dogmatism and fanaticism.
